Overview of GCK low voltage switchgear
GCK low-voltage switchgear consists of a power distribution center (PC) cabinet and a motor control center (MCC). It is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. As a power distribution system with AC 50Hz maximum operating voltage up to 660V and maximum operating current up to 3150A, it can be used for power conversion and distribution control of power distribution, motor control, lighting and other distribution equipment.
Model and its meaning
main feature
1. The frame is made of shaped steel, using three-dimensional angle plates for positioning, and bolt-connected non-welded structures to avoid welding deformation and stress and improve installation accuracy.
2. The mounting holes of the frame and components vary according to the module E=20mm.
3. The internal structural parts are galvanized. After the exterior is pickled and phosphated, it is sprayed with electrostatic epoxy powder.
4. The drawer functional unit and the door are mechanically interlocked by the operating mechanism of the main switch. The door cannot be opened when the main switch is in the closing position, and the operating mechanism can be locked in the closing or opening position with an external padlock.
5. The functional unit compartments are separated by metal plates. The drawers have good interchangeability and have working positions, test positions and separation positions. When the drawer is pushed to a certain position, the drawer is automatically positioned. At this time, the pull panel on the left side of the drawer can be pulled to unlock the drawer and enter the next position. The drawer also has an anti-falling function when it is pulled out of the cabinet.
6. The cabinets of fixed solutions such as capacitor compensation and metering have the same appearance and the same horizontal bus position as drawer-type cabinets. This ensures that drawer-type and fixed cabinets can be used side by side.
7. The busbar of the busbar system cabinet adopts a three-phase five-wire system. When the rated current of the horizontal busbar is 1250A and below, a single busbar is used. When the rated current of the horizontal busbar is above 1250A, a double busbar is used. The horizontal busbars between cabinets are connected. Blocks are overlapped, the vertical busbar is sealed with a polycarbonate engineering plastic shell, and a partition is used internally to limit arc spread. The neutral busbar is set at the front of the cabinet top, and the protective busbar (PE) is set at the bottom of the cabinet and is separated from the cabinet body. The board and door are connected, thereby ensuring ground continuity.
